Our new alternative pathway model utilizes Missouri Online’s Sprint Ahead program. The centerpiece of this alternative pathway is the Teaching Essentials sprint, which is designed to empower faculty to enhance or optimize their courses by integrating materials from both the Quality Course Review (QCR) and the latest trends in higher education identified by the Online Learning Consortium and EDUCAUSE.

- Teaching essentials sprint: Integrating QCR principles with cutting-edge trends in higher education.
- Customization: Faculty members have the flexibility to choose two additional sprints from a catalog of over 20 sprints in design, assignment, community, and inclusion.
- Completion time: Both the existing cohort model and the alternative pathway are designed with your time in mind, with an approximate completion time of 9 hours.
