The Recruitment & Student Support team at Missouri Online provides student-centered support for online learners systemwide.
Our Student Support Center focuses on providing excellent customer service that engages with prospective and current online students via phone, email and chat. They support current online students by assisting with questions and connecting them to campus-specific solutions for admissions, financial aid and registration answers when needed.
Our Recruitment Services team works closely with campus partners to provide multiple methods of outreach and support for prospective online students as they choose a program and move through the admission, financial aid, enrollment and transfer processes.
