Kirk joined Missouri Online in June of 2023 after spending the last several years working in higher education. A former English teacher, he is committed to offering students a meaningful, engaging, and rich learning experience. His interests include authentic or alternative assessments, process-centered teaching, universal design for learning, effective feedback, and the intersections of learning with creativity, user experience design, multimedia, and artificial intelligence.
