Description
The Connection Collaborative Edit-a-thon & Feedback Labs series offers dedicated, collaborative and supportive spaces for faculty to work on high-priority professional materials alongside colleagues. Each session focuses on a different theme—from annual reviews and P/T packets to accessibility, course prep, and grant writing—and provides time for productive editing, peer feedback, and resource sharing. Join us at the Conley House (602 Sanford St.) to make meaningful progress in a relaxed, collaborative environment.

Meet the presenter
Laura Foley
Laura Foley got her start in instructional design as an editor for online courses, and she tends to approach instructional design with the eye of a writer and editor—she will look for logical structure and flow and engaging "storytelling". She served on the UM System Digital Accessibility Task Force and strives to find ways to make accessibility less daunting for faculty. In addition to giving presentations and workshops on accessibility, she's presented on online problem-based learning, universal design for learning (UDL), and accessible online teaching.
