Ready to submit your course for review but feeling overwhelmed by "digital clutter" or accessibility scores? Preparation doesn't have to be a slog. This session is your masterclass in the QCR Toolkit—a suite of tools designed to do the heavy lifting for you.

We’ll start by using TidyUp to identify and purge unused files, then dive into Ally to get a birds-eye view of your course’s health. But we won’t stop at Canvas; we’ll also demonstrate how to use the "built-in" experts you already own:

  • Microsoft Accessibility Checkers: Ensuring your Word docs and PowerPoints are screen-reader friendly before you upload.
  • The Canvas Accessibility Checker: Catching formatting errors within your Pages and Assignments in real-time.
  • Adobe Acrobat Pro: Navigating the "Accessibility Check" to make sure your PDFs aren't just images, but searchable, readable documents.
