End of the Semester Checklist
The end of the semester is coming! We’re all excited for a break, but be sure you have everything checked off your list before summer. Download your gradebook and get organized with our End of semester checklist.
Technology Training and New Tool Updates
Missouri Online hosts free, virtual training sessions covering academic technology tools and topics. Visit our event calendar to learn more and consider subscribing to Notice & Alerts in our customer support portal to receive email updates about new training and tool availability.
It's Not Too Early for Fall Software Requests
If you are interested in connecting a new piece of software to your Canvas site for fall, it’s never too early to start the process. Security approvals are required, along with considerable testing to ensure the software is operating as expected. Learn more about the process or request a new tool.
State Authorization Reminder
U.S. Department of Education administrative capability regulation (34 CFR 668.16(r)) went into effect July 1, 2024, and impacts programs with an internship component. If a program requires students to complete a clinical rotation or externship to graduate, the institution is required to provide students with a placement in a geographically accessible area within 45 days of successfully completing their coursework.
Our Geographically Accessible Clinical Experiences Fact Sheet offers information regarding the final regulation and provides supporting documentation to aid in compliance. For questions, please contact Brandie Elliott-Woodall at elliottba@umsystem.edu.
